A repossession agent for a car dealership in San Jose, California, not only took the car but also a child that was in the back.
Alberto Luna followed car owner Isabel Leuvano on her daily routine and when she popped into her ex-husbands house to pick up her daughter – he took the car that had been left with the engine running. As criminal as that seems, car repossession laws in the US permit this to happen but what Luna didn’t know was that there was a baby in the back.
